Production & R&D Capabilities

We operate a fully equipped machining, assembly, and testing facility with an annual production capacity of up to 10,000 hydraulic cylinders and 500 hydraulic power packs.

Welding Facility

Our welding work is very important in making strong and safe hydraulic cylinders. We have skilled welders who know how to work with different materials using TIG and MIG welding methods.

      • Welding is done in a safe and controlled area 
      • Surfaces are cleaned properly before welding for strong joints
      • Each weld is checked for cracks or issues.
      • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is done to make sure welds are safe and of high quality.

 

Painting Facility

Painting not only makes the cylinder look good but also protects it from rust, wear, and weather. Our painting process has four main steps: surface cleaning, priming, painting, and curing.

    • The surface is cleaned to remove dust and oil.
    • Primer is applied to help paint stick and prevent rust.
    • Paint is added based on use and surface type (spray, brush, or roller).
    • The paint is left to dry and harden for better durability.
Honing

We provide honing services for the inside of cylinder tubes. Honing helps improve the smoothness and shape of the tube for better performance. 

    • Special stones are used to make the inside surface smooth and round.
    • We use accurate machines and tools to meet tight standards.
    • Different options are available based on your needs.
    • Quality is checked at every step.
Chrome Plating

We offer chrome plating for hydraulic cylinder rods to make them stronger and more resistant to rust and wear.

    • A thin layer of chrome is added using electroplating.
    • High-quality materials and machines are used for smooth and even coating.
    • We offer hard chrome or decorative chrome options.
    • Quality is checked to meet all required standards.
